Creighton Model FertilityCare Services (CrMS) are provided by FertilityCare Practitioners (FCP) who are trained in a 13-month Allied Health education program. This is the most advanced educational program available in this field. After graduating from the program practitioners can become certified through the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals, the national certifying body. These teachers are highly trained to assist you in all aspects of the use of this system and are able to work with medical consultants to give you the best care available.
Jamie Hobor, BS, CFCP
Certified FertilityCare Practitioner Hi! My name is Jamie Hobor and I've been a FertilityCare Practitioner since 2012 and Certified since 2014. I personally came into the program to find underlying medical issues, but my eyes were opened to so much more! I quickly found that we needed more Practitioners especially in Hampton Roads where I see clients in person; I also love meeting clients online. I enjoy working with all women and couple regardless of their reproductive category, and I enjoy sharing the good news of fertility awareness with our youth and single women.
Jamie sees clients virtually Tuesday or Thursday evening and occasionally Friday daytime. |

Her particular areas of interest are NaProTechnology, infertility, and postpartum but she enjoys working with women and couples in all reproductive categories. She and her husband Jason have been charting with Creighton since their engagement and have 3 young children. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being out in nature, exploring her hometown, and traveling.
